We pay from £760 to £1050 per week based on the level of care that is needed for your client.
We provide 4 levels of live-in care, from level 1 light support and companionship, through to level 4 complex care in the home. Our 4 pay bands match the level of care and the experience needed to support each client.

Your job interview
Once you've passed the questionnaire, you'll be invited to a video call interview with a recruiter who will answer any questions you have about the role.
If you're a good match for the live-in carer role, you'll be invited to attend our induction training week and the compliance process! Before your training place can be confirmed we will need to start gain employment and character references, as well as completing all relevant police checks (DBS and overseas if applicable).
Our five day induction training takes place in our office in Eynsham, Oxfordshire. We will organise your accommodation in a local hotel. Breakfast and lunch will be provided at our office whilst you are on training. Please note, there will be assessments during the week that you will need to pass, but our training team is here to guide you throughout the week.
